I like making background music for stories, such as anime, dramas, movies and games. My strength lies in writing catchy melodies for a variety of genres, skillfully using Japanese, Chinese, or other ethnic sounds according to the situation and project. I also enjoy composing vocal songs, dance music, big band sounds and orchestral pieces, too.
My Story
When I was 13 years old, I found a synthesizer my father had bought and abandoned years before. I played around with it and something just clicked inside me: I wanted to become a composer. I graduated from Tokyo College of Music and have worked as a composer for more than 20 years.
